2014 senaca awning trouble

I have a new 2014 Seneca and the awning will not open. I searched and all I could find is check all GFI breakers. OK how and where do I find the GFI besides the bathroom?

The awning is on your 12 V system. Check the fuses. Worst comes to worst there should be an emergency bypass jumper cable in your owners kit You hook the gator clips to the awning and the other end to a 12V source.
