Back up camera, Radio, CD player?

Hello all,
My wife and I are looking to buy a 2010 Grayhawk 31 FK Class C but the back up camera does not work. See the attached image. Is this more than just a back up camera, such as the radio and DVD player? The camper dealer who took it on trade has no interest in repairing it.
Can anyone ID the make or model of this thing?
Thanks!

I would be uncomfortable purchasing from a dealer that won't repair a problem before the sale, certainly they won't provide any after sales service either. Customer service is not their strong suit.

As for your specific problem, I am not sure if the issue is the camera, the video screen or a loose connection.

Thanks Wyn,
I agree with your comments about dealer service. I'm just trying to get an idea on the best repair path forward if we buy this MH.
My search of the forum suggests these are troublesome Radio/GPS/Camera combinations. Professional replacement with a better radio may be the best option.
Thanks again.

I did a little Google Image searching and didn't see anything that resembled your unit. But, it's a "double-DIN' sized unit and just about any common stereo will work.

Before I bought a new one, I'd probably yank the "head unit" out. It's not hard, you or any Car Stereo store could do it. And check to see if some wires have come loose. That might save you some cash.

If you want something similar, you're probably looking at the Jensen RV line of units, or Clarion or Pioneer. We've got the Jensen in our 2016 Greyhawk.

But, I'll tell you that if my Jensen dies, I won't replace it with an RV head-unit. I'll just grab a Pioneer or Alpine "double-DIN" sized unit, with *one* camera and GPS. The only thing the Jensen has over the others is three camera inputs and I already find the side cameras useless.

Summarizing: I'd yank it out, or take it to Car Toys and have them yank it. If dead, I'd replace it with something more standard, more common.

Exclamation Not Jensen

I hate my Jensen - a lot of small problems - 5 Jayco dealers ( over 1000 miles and 10 months and counting ) & now most of it works - Jayco at Middlebury is going to try to fix it now they say that they wont replace it with a unit that is being used now but these are not being manufactured any more so I'm hoping to get a different brand radio

If you go ahead with the negotiations of purchasing that RV. I would demand a $5K deduction, just for the radio/camera problem. I'd really shy away from a dealer that had that attitude.

Typically an image like that may be caused by a loose video cable connection inside the unit. If you are comfortable pulling the unit out and opening it up it may be a quick and easy fix. It is likely wide thin connector that is often times attached to a flat ribbon type cable running from a board to the video display.

does the display work for the remaining functions? radio, DVD and such?

If it works on the rest of the functions, it would most likely be the camera on the back of the coach - much simpler to replace.

Good Point. I'll check tomorrow during my inspection.
