Backsplash Mod!
With our camping season winding down, I’m finally getting to some things I’ve been wanting to do. One is getting rid of that sticker backsplash look my Greyhawk FS came with.
I’ve had some adhesive tile for sometime that would have looked great, but was a bit too heavy. I found this feather weight adhesive tile at Lowe’s recently, and it was easy to work with. The finished look is great and adds a nice touch to the coach! Next will be a little at the bathroom vanity....

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

Like the mod. Ours has a cheap backsplash and no cover for the cabinets which get greasy real quick. We thought the backsplash on the buffet looked in need of improvement. So we cut out the center, added a painted sheet steel, and attach fridge magnets.

Back splash mod
Liked your back splash mod. Looks very nice. I just got a 2018 Redhawk 22J and I dont like the back splash it came with. I was thinking to change it like yours.
Was it difficult to remove the previous back splash? I am worried with regards to damaging the wall trying to ry off the old tiles. Any tricks that you may have, can you pls share?

Great mod for the motorhome. I just got the 2018 Redhawk 22J and did not like the factory back splash. I want to change it to something similar to what you have but was not sure of how to take out the old back splash without damaging the MH wall. Can you shed some light on how you removed the factory back splash, pls.
Thx.

There was no factory backsplash, just stickers to look like one. I left it as is in case someone ever wanted to remove my work. I cleaned the wall very well with a water/bleach solution, let it completely dry and just applied directly over. I have had no problem with the tiles coming off....it’s been a while and time will tell....

Can’t remember exactly at this point as it’s been awhile. I just measured the approximate square footage and added 20% for extra/mistakes. It applied very well and was easy to cut/work with.
