Backup camera no signal

Have a new greyhawk mv. Backup camera worked for a short time and then showed "no signal" Took back to dealer 115 mi. 1 way. told me backup camera was not wired right and needed to be replaced. They said it had some "bent pins" Jayco sent me a new camera. They were very helpful. Installed new camera. Still shows no signal on dash display. Called Jayco. They said there is a cable connection under the bed. Couldn't locate it. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Scheduled to have a local dealer look at it in Nov. thanks,

Check to see if the camera has 12 volts. Check all fuses.

Thanks, do you know what number or circuit the camera is tied to? The brake light is coming on. There were only 2 wires to tie into and they both seem to be connected ok.

May or may not be related, but my 2012 Greyhawk had this problem twice. For me it turns out there is an in-line fuse in a rats-nest under the dash that powered the camera and in my case also the power side mirrors. I had to pay a tech the first time it happened to find the fuse, but after that he marked it well and the second time I changed it myself.

Checked all fuses and circuit breakers. All good, still shows "no signal". Does anyone know if there is any type of reset or connection behind the dash?
