Battery Disconnect

2004 Granite Ridge

Could anyone help me? Previous owner bypassed the battery disconnect switch
and I want to wire it back up. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the disconnect switch?

I bet you can find it on Youtube without much effort.

I tried several times on You Tube but couldn't find anything on my model. I will try other models and years of Jayco.
Thanks for the help

Contact Jayco. They have always been very helpful and fast in supplying whatever wiring or design information I have requested. Email service@jayco.com with your VIN number, or unit type and year. Good luck.

X-2 since that shouldn't vary by model.

I have tried Jayco Service and they have helped on several items. They are very responsive. The wiring diagram I am needing is coming back very slow.
Can't say anything but good for you tube and Jayco service.

Thank you

I don't know about your class C, but my 5th wheel diagram is on the back of the panel where the switch is mounted. Does the panel come off?

Unless there is more to your rig than usual it is fairly simple. You can actually put the disconnect in the B+ or negative line. As I recall the one on my toy hauler was in the positive line.

On MH's it's done with a relay and an on/off switch.
