Battery disconnect not working

Have a 2010 Greyhawk, battery disconnect not switching Batts on. No kerplunk when pressed. Disconnected neg on batt no results any ideas. No batts can't check fuses. Does anyone know the location of batt solenoid.

Should be right by the battery. Our's was on the back/side wall of the battery compartment.

Clean the connections on the battery disconnect, special when road grime has access to it.
