Battery not charging from converter on

2005 Jayco Greyhawk 31ss
I am getting 13.5 volts at the converter, but not getting any voltage at battery. Does anyone know where the 30 amp fuse for the battery is located?

Thanks for any help.

Is there a chance that the batteries were connected backwards even for a split second?

Follow the positive wire from the battery dowi to the frame. Look for a small black fuse holder. It will be the first thing you find in the wire. It isn't obvious in a casual glance.
