bedroom slide out

Jayco Melbourne 2013..28F. I blew a back passenger tire and had to get it replaced while on the road. The RV had to be jacked up in the back to replace the tire. Now my back bedroom slide out does not work. The motor runs but does not slide out. Any suggestions? Could it be possible something came unattached from jacking up the back end to replace the tire? Thank you.

Jacking the coach should not effect the slide if they used the frame for support.

What I would suspect is the blown tire took out something else. Crawl under the coach if possible and check in the area of the blowout. You may find your problem.
