Bedroom TV in Redhawk 24B

I used this. I chose it because it has 4 screws versus 2. I also got some pan head wood screws to replace the ones that came with it.

What do you want it to do? Just be a flat mount to hold the TV, or pivot around so you can see the TV from the middle of the coach?

One thing to be aware of is the left door of the wardrobe cabinet. Real easy to break that mirror when you open that door, depending on how far the TV sticks out.

I would love to mount it in the middle of the wall but I don’t think there is any support behind the wall. If I mount it where the arrows are then I need a mount with extension and I don’t know what mount would be the best.

How big of a flat screen are you putting in?

You could use a mount like this, which will allow you to mount to the arrow area and swing the TV over towards the middle. Looks like you can use either one arm or both arms.

You are correct there is no support behind the tv location sticker in the 24B, none. I spanned a black painted board across 2 wall studs and then attached one paw international mount to that board and another to the outside fiberglass with 3m tape. I move the tv from the bedroom to outside to watch sports as I please.

When I ran my stud finder it shows something around the sticker but I don’t want to drill holes for nothing.
Where are those two suds that you attached your board?
Also, if there is something behind the sticker and it’s where the arrows are pointing I need to get wall mount same size as the sticker and that’s an issue. I can’t find anything that small. I’m looking to install 32’ flat screen that weights maybe 10 lb.

There is nothing behind the sticker, bang on it with your knuckes and you will hear hollow. They have no business putting that there. My sticker was placed about 5 inches to the left of yours. The first stud is on the Lt side of the electrical boxes to attach to. The next one was about 18" (I think) to the left of it, closer to the curtain and easily found with the stud finder. It doesn't look great with the tv removed but you wont notice it when the tv is in place.

Sorry but I have not taken the time to join this century and learn to do that. My rig is in storage anyway. It is just a 1x4 about 20" long anchored with screws at each stud and painted black. Just attach the large half of the paw mount to the board and another outside if you choose to go that route. The small half attaches to the tv side and may or may not require a VESA universal adapter, mine did.

Maybe they just forgot the tv support behind the sticker on my rig, but I doubt it.

I take it down and lay it on the bed. I have accidentally left it and it rode fine. It was more important for me to have movable indoor/outdoor tv than a permanent bedroom fixed/locked tv.

I used a stud sensor, and the plywood behind the wall was approximately 12" x 12" in the area of the sticker. I also hung a 32", and the mount went right in the area of the sticker, and hit wood. I wasn't concerned about it being exactly centered on the wall, I wanted the outlet and cable connection behind the TV, out of sight.

The mount I used was a small, flat type, quick release mount:

Ya know, I use to think that was an old wife's tale, about a vehicle being built on a Friday or Monday.... but, maybe it's true....

I was expecting more issues with my rig, but maybe mine was built on a Tuesday or Wednesday....
