Best Awning enclosure for Melbourne 29D

I just sold my home and I'm going to travel for 6 months or so. I have been looking at "add a rooms" otherwise called awning enclosures. Do any of you class C Melbourne owners have any experience with these? My #1 priority is to keep my wandering cat contained. #2 is to have added space. How easy do they go up? How sturdy are they? How long do they last?
