Ya that's an old trick to help fix pyramiding issues as well. I really like the pine sol thing though. It does eat away the grime, and the lubricating benefits can't be overlooked. The sensors they use in these tanks haven't changed since da beginin. They where never that trustworthy to begin with. Barring the contents of some of these tanks, a dipstick would be the most accurate.

Hey, my motorcycle has fantastically accurate gauges. At least it shows me riding much faster than my GPS so it *has* to be right!

And this is a timely thread. Last trip a couple of weeks back, I noticed after dumping both tanks, the black one still showed 2/3 full. Flushed, filled, dumped again. Same thing. Finally, after letting the sprayers run for about 20 minutes, it showed full so I tried again. This time it went down to 1/3 so I figured something had given way. We will definitely try the Pinesol idea this weekend.

Heading to Galveston to do some fishing. Hoping the weather stays nice!
