Blind spot detectors

I just purchased a 2002 Greyhawk and I’m not use to driving anything bigger than a Toyota Corolla. I almost merged into someone in the freeway today as I couldn’t see them. Does anyone have blind spot detectors that they added to an older RV. Any company suggestions.

A good set of convex mirrors might help. Not sure what your rig has for mirrors.

I buy the cheap (stick on) blind spot mirrors from Amazon, eBay or any auto parts store. I like the larger size best for my old eyes.

I believe towing mirrors are a legal requirement in most places.
Specifically, you have to be able to see what's behind your trailer, not just your tow vehicle, so you really need extension mirrors that move your viewpoint further out.
(And yes, you do have to remember to retract or remove them when you're parking. Dont ask me how I know... :-)
Blind spot sensors would be useful in addition to, not instead of, mirrors.

I agree. You've got to really drive defensively. Never heard of those indicators being an add on. Practice improves the "pucker factor".
