Bolt Coming Through Floor

We have a 2020 27U. There is a bolt head starting to come up through the floor in front of the bed. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has a good solution to the problem. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We never seen that in any of our campers if it's a 2020 for me it would be going right back to the dealer but maybe it's more common than I know but never seen that

It does happen as you’ll see from some of the posts here. Do a search and you’ll find some good examples of fixes and methods to keep it from reoccurring. There are also some visual examples of repairs that were unnoticeable— something your dealer might not be so careful about. Good luck!

Here's one I came across. There are a few others on the subject, and all lean toward careful slitting, and re-gluing of the linoleum after taking care of the bolt or screw protrusion.

Bolt coming through floor

I had one coming up near the bathroom. At the time it was under warranty however Jayco had gone to a different floor color. It was live with or bring to Indiana for replacement. I elected to take a knife and slice to allow for inspection. The bolt is about 1/2" with a flat screw head. Ran the bolt down and sealed the floor. Can only see it if you look for it. I now have a second bolt working its way out up by the cab.
