IIRC, you can use the "emergency start" button in the lower driver side dash (down by the parking brake) to temporarily link the chassis battery to the house battery. Start the chassis motor, let it run for a few minutes, then (while the motor is still running) have DW or another "assistant" depress that button while you try to fire the generator. That button is intended to work the other direction generally (using the house battery to help start the chassis), but in the instructions, it says you can use it this way.
ETA: If this doesn't work, you most likely have a blown fuse somewhere.
Like others have said, you most likely have a dead house battery (very common) or a blown fuse. FWIW, if the battery is that dead, you have likely caused permanent damage. I did that to the battery on my TT (actually my dealer did it), and the battery was never the same. I could never get it to take a "full" charge again.
