Breaker panel location

Need some help. I have a relative with a 2018 Redhawk 29XS. Her main power tripped and has been repaired at the pedestal but her microwave outlet has no power and she can't find the main breaker panel inside.

Microwave works ok on an extension cord.

Any one with this unit know where I can tell her to look. She is blond!

Would sending her a picture of the brown plastic converter door help? Tell her "Get down on the floor and look for this!"

Very unlikely. I have looked online and do not see it in plain sight.

My breaker panel is under the bed with the breakers available on the passenger side (starboard) side of the frame for the bed and facing the wall. About 2" above the floor level, kind of hard to see so a flashlight could be of value. (although I am not sure hers would be where mine is, maybe). ~CA

She said the park maintenance changed out the pedestal outlet and breaker and all is working now. I asked her if she wanted to find the breaker panel and her response was next time!

Did I mention she is blonde?

edit: She texted me and said it's not anywhere near the bed.

Are you sure it is a 2018 RedHawk 29XS? As I was browsing the internet, I went to rv trader and they don't show that there are any 2018 29XS's (or any other year 29XS), they have 26XS's and 29XK's but I can't find any 2018 Redhawk 29XS anywhere even with a google search. In any case, here is a pic of a 2018 Redhawk 29XK and you can see the electric panel under the bed. I also looked at a 2015 26XS and the panel is very close to where this one is as well. Maybe she isn't sure what it is supposed to look like? ~CA

Thanks, hers is a 2017 29XK. I'm looking for a pic like the one you sent! That picture is the one. Another question? She can not find any grey or black tank capacities, only fresh water.
Where can you find that info?

TKS, I sent her other one to her it's basically in the same spot. Trying to get tank capacities.

She called some Jayco trouble site and was talking to a person who told her there was another breaker panel besides that one but they wanted money to go farther with it.

I did mention she was blond?

Lol, there certainly could be another panel, however whenever I have seen other panels, those other panels were for specific purposes and not where the main breakers would be. I suspect the microwave breaker is in there, perhaps just turning them all off and back on would do the trick.

Perhaps she could open the cover of that panel and then take a close-up picture to send it to you. But she might say, "Why do you want a close up picture of me?" lol

Thanks again, this is most likely as close as she needs. She is camp hosting for a few months on a non sewer site and had no clue about the tank capacities or many other things. She is gritty and savvy though, I'll go see her in a week or so and see if I can help more in person.
