Which I believe makes sense. The quality of the alignment was bad, and that seems to be on the folks that actually performed the work and received payment.

Yup, sounds like he got the ol' "kick the toe and go" alignment. Which is an incomplete job at best. If I had the time and felt like it was worth the effort, I would go harder against the dealer, and by extension, the alignment shop. I'm not sure I would've taken the unit back from the dealer after a short test drive which would have uncovered the fact that the problem was not solved, but that ship has sailed. But most of the time, I just chock it up to a learning experience, pay a good vendor for the job to be done right and move on with life.

There's a member here (can't remember his handle right now) that is fond of saying "Is this the hill you want to die on?" I think it's appropriate in this situation. The rig is fixed, so enjoy it. That dealership dropped the ball pretty hard on this one, so I don't think I'd be spending any more money there. Jayco did what they were supposed to do, so smearing them is not right in this case.

I'm sure you checked, but make sure tire pressure is set right. I missed it in PDI. It got to destination, has to be correct, right? wrong....

First time with MH, had trailers before. I picked up in Orlando and drove back to Atlanta. Whole time on interstate I'd sway a bunch on light wind and semis passing. Tough drive/two hand white knuckle all the home with plenty of time to think about what I've gotten myself into.

Come to find out, one of the dual tires in the back had 20 psi. Took it to a shop and the air extension from the inside tire was leaking.

After having that fixed, I haven't had any issues with sway or original alignment, outside what I'd expect from driving a big box down the road.

Ha... that happens all the time... someone does a search, and a thread pops up. They DON'T look at the date of the thread, and just respond as if the thread was just started yesterday....
