They are multiple sizes more than likely. Go to ch751.com, download the sizing guide, and be 100% sure of the size. Super easy.

I bought 7/8 from Amazon. They have a pack of 4 that worked perfect.

Riverman!
Were they all the same on the compartment doors? How many did you get? Can you provide a link?
Thanks

Both of my doors were the same and I also put one on my little outside shower door.

I just bent the keeper so they would fit securely.

These fit my trailer, but I don't know if they will fit yours or not.

I bought a 10 pack to do all my doors, just waiting for a nice day to put them all in.

the questions on amazon revealed that the key on that lock cannot be removed unless it is in the lock position. Is that true? That would be a deal breaker for me. Thanks in advance

That's an important point, some do, some don't. You really need to read the description. The ones I have allow the key to come out in both positions.

What's the problem leaving a key in a lock.... I have no issues with mine.
That way I know it is locked when I take the key. People sure do worry about little things these days.

Who is worrying?? If I want my compartment left unlocked why would i want to leave my keychain hanging or keep up with individual keys left in locks?

I agree with that. If I want to leave multiple compartments unlocked as I'm setting up or working on the rig, to have to leave keys dangling in each lock seems really crazy.

Hello RetiredOne!

We have a same rig. Could you provide a link the locks you've purchased?
I cant find anything with 1-3/8 cam. All compartments have the same lock accept the outside shower but I will not change that one.

Thank you in advance.

And to piggyback off of that question can the key be pulled and compartment left closed and unlocked as discussed earlier?

I bought these, after measuring my compartment doors. They are 1", not 1-3/8.

And yes, the key comes out in both positions, locked or unlocked.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KQMQP4H...ing=UTF8&psc=1

The thing that is crazy, they are all keyed alike, so why do I need 20 keys???
It's the only way they are sold...

Thank you. I just took one out this morning and compared with the measuring guide from ch751.com and the cam was matching the 1-3/8 diagram.

ah...maybe I am not clear. The "latch" part was measured as 1-3/8 long not the cylinder. If the come with 1-1/4 (that I think its standard) I'm worry that they will be a little short to lock the compartment.

You should be able to take that latch arm off the old lock and reuse it on the new one. I'll check that tomorrow on mine.
