You water hose is not hooked up to the black tank flush by mistake maybe?
You have 2 water inputs, yes? On our 29XK fresh water in is the top one and black tank flush is lower one.

You are set to City Fixtures?

When you say all settings are good, what does that mean? Same question as corky, do you have it on city fixtures? Maybe you have it on city fill? Can you hear the water flowing in from the hose?

I have tried city fill and city fixtures and water does not flow either way. it ran for one minute and then quit. I talked with a service man and did what he said and it is not working. Made a service appointment for Monday when I return to Mississippi. Totally confused as to why it quit. But I'll let yall know. Thanks for your help. Happy holidays!

I'm going to take a WAG and say the 1 minute of flow you got was to fill the water heater? Or do you have a tankless?

When you say "flow" do you mean at the faucet or at the spigot?

If you have a WH with tank, have you checked the "winterization" valves?

Good luck and happy holidays to you!

Check the valves on the water filter lines. If either of those are off it will not allow the water to flow. You shut them off to change the water filter if they are not turned back on that could be your problem. Good luck.

Please let us know if you are not embarrassed! LOL It can't be anything major. I'm betting on a valve somewhere that you have not found.

Obvious stupid stuff to double-check:
The intake screen on the city water connection.
Check the hose for kinks.
Did someone turn off the sillcock at the house?

Sounds like the water filter by-pass valve....

You could try the tank fill and then switch to the internal pump as well. Just another route

Update on water not working. I tried everything and nothing worked. Even the city fill would not fill. the only thing I haven't done is check the water filter bypass valve. but if it ran for a minute then quit is that possible that could be the problem? I took it to Camping World today although they don't work on Jayco as there is a distributor here which just happened to be closed all week. They were nice enough to look at it and the technician couldn't water running either. He said it was the check valves. So I called Hammond, LA where i bought it and they informed me Jayco was closed this week and they were unable to do warranty work at this time. Ask me how mad that made me so we are going without running water but will make it work. At least we are at a campgound and they will have a bath house if needed. After all, I spent 10 days in the back country of Montana this summer backpacking and we didn't have running water!! I'll check the filter in the am but thanks for yalls help. Happy New Year to you all!

Wait a minute....

Your unit is under warranty, right? Are you saying that the Jayco dealer where you bought it wouldn't help you, because Jayco was closed for Christmas?

There's something very wrong there... the dealer should have taken care of it, even if they had to have a mobile repair truck come to your location, and deal with Jayco later. IMHO, that dealer sucks!

Please let Jayco know what happened ASAP, that is just not right!

That is exactly right. I thought it stunk pretty bad myself. I was willing to drive almost 3 hours to get it fixed. Guess I should let Jayco know. I hope the dealer here is easy to work with. Had I known they existed I might have been able to get the unit from them. Oh well, water under the bridge. I have been curious about the gravity fill and if that is something I could make happen to get us some water on board. Still not clear. Hope yall are enjoying your "hawk"!

You have a valve closed somewhere in the system.

Make sure all the low point drains are closed.

What are those three valves for that are in an outside compartment by themselves? I can't read anything on them and haven't found them in the manual. Perhaps they have something to do with it all???

Can you post a pic? That is usually your water manifold and probably the problem.

Water Assistance

You are covered by Coachnet as well. You may try calling them as they have 24/7 support and diagrams of most coaches. You were automatically signed up by Jayco for 1 year at purchase. You may not have received the info yet, but I would call them anyway. 877.801.0333.
Good Luck!

Those 3 valves are low point drains (they are labeled in my Redhawk)... they should all be closed.

This is all so weird... you're connected to campground water supply, and you don't hear any water running. (I'm presuming that water comes out of the hose when it's not connected to the camper :-)

The 2 valves in the hatch turn freely, but you don't hear them doing anything? Does your black tank flush work? Have you opened all of the faucets with the valves in both the city fill, and city fixtures position, and see if you even hear air being forced out of them?

The only time it happened to me was in the 23XM, and I had the water filter bypass valve in the wrong position.
