Carefree Awning Arm

Hello have a Jayco 2019 Greyhawk 30X unit. It has a Carefree Awning and the Left arm (standing outside facing door) broke under rain load. I need to replace and Jayco shop wants over $2330.00 plus tax to replace. Said they have to order in pairs. I think the Carefree part number is R001643Blk. Can anyone verify if this is correct part number? I can purchase on Amazon for much less. Thank you.

A price like that sounds more like a complete awning replacement.

I'll bet that's the deal too. And more than likely, that shop will keep the unused parts in the setup, and just replace the faulty arm.

I went through that last year,you can only buy a complete right,left side or the whole awning asm. expensive. I would turn a claim into my insurance.
