Changing overhead Furrion TV to a HDTV

Has anyone changed their 32" Furrion 720p TV to a 40" or 43" TV of a different brand. If so how did it work out. I have a Greyhawk 29MV.

The attachment holes on a residential type TV are much flimsier than rv specific tvs.
I changed my furrion to a Vizio. I have to brace it for travel.

As a matter of fact we just added a new 43” Samsung TU7000 to the upper bunk in the MVP. I have removed the 32 inch from the mount but have not mounted the 43 as the mount restricts the angle of both. We don’t use the bunk area for sleeping so the TV can sit there and be moved as needed. I will place a piece of finished wood under each stand leg to keep them from sinking in to the bunk mattress. We plan to lay it down for travel and reinstall the 32” if we sell.
Much nicer viewing.

All TV's are either 100mm or 200mm VESA Mount hole distance..so verify what one you have

I've changed both mine, 50" and 32" insignia TV's to the same Size TCL Roku TVs...
The TCL are for sure a bit lighter.

As CAG mentioned, going bigger may I'mpede the swing arm and need adjustment. My 50" I had to adjust the mounting up so would swing normally

Bigger is always better I say..lol
