That is just a smaller output converter than the one in mine I pictured with the power center. The converter is the bottom section, looks like this removed from the housing.

Hi everyone.

I have a 2018 Greyhawk 29MPV, and will be installing (1) Renogy 100 amps lithium battery. Do I still need a DC to DC charger if I'm only using one lithium battery. (BTW, the Greyhawk is a Class C). If so, does anyone know of a reputable mobile RV repair company in the So Cal area (Anaheim) that they would recommend?

Thanks

I'm no expert - but it's my understanding the main job of the DC/DC charger is to keep your alternator from cooking your new battery. Wouldn't matter if it was one battery or several.

I believe that the alternator doesn't know how to charge/float a Lithium battery properly. Without the DC/DC charger, the life of your battery could be shortened.
