City Water hookup

I am about to take our first trip in a used Jayco Designer 3230K class c. It has two water valve levers Fresh Water and Winterize Valve. What position should the be in when hooking up to city water supply to keep the tank from overflowing?

Freshwater Winterize is just that.

Fill tank overflow

The problem I'm having is when the fill water tank handle is in the "normal" position water is still going into the fresh water tank. When it fills up it overflows . Is my fill water tank valve handle bad?

I'm not familiar with that model - mine has two valves, 3 positions each valve. So "City Fixtures" would be "1" and "6". Any chance you can post a picture of the water setup area?

Just re-read that. That wouldn't make sense for mine.

Valves at "1" and "6" (City Fixtures) means the tank is not filling - the city water is going directly to the fixtures; the pump is off.

Do you have this panel? If not the left handle should be pointed up not to the left.

I figured it out. I have to close the two valves next to the pump that go to the fill tank. Thanks for all the help!
