Question Class B 4WD - Front drive shaft hits exhaust.

I have a Jayco Class B motorhome, which Jayco no longer makes, but the Class C was the closest category in this forum. My Jayco Class B is based on a 1997 Chevy Express 2500 Van. As part of the Jayco conversion the company Advanced 4WD Systems out of Salt Lake City, Utah, did the 4WD conversion. I have owned the motorhome for less than 1 year and realized that when the front suspension compresses, the front drive shaft hits the exhast down-pipe from the driver's side of the engine, and the front suspension bottoms out after 1 inch of travel. When I contacted Advance 4WD they said "Hard to say on an 18 year old van but I'd guess something like fatigued springs." But the van appears very level, and the rear suspension has plenty of travel with no issues.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever owned a similar vehicle and had a similar problem? I'd appreciate any feedback. I've looked for a 4WD Van forum but have not found one thus far. A suggestion for a different forum could also be helpful.
