Clearance

Garmin RV 760 LMT will route you around any “ low clearance “ ( and load zoned bridges ) very very few on major highways ( state - county ) never on an Interstate. Very few fuel stops are low and those will be marked - we prefer truck stops because of the extra room for parking and maneuvering ( they cost a few cents more but the convenience is worth it ) Les

We traveled to Maine this past summer using NYS Thruway and Mass Pike . No issues with height at service areas on both when refueling. Our MH is 12.5 ' to top of ac units

We're out west and nope - never had an issue when we're on paved roads. One suggestion is to put a sign by the window saying 11' 6" (or whatever your height is) as a reminder.

And then be aware that anything that says 12' or less you should be extra careful. Those measurements are rarely accurate after years of road maintenance.
