Contact info for Jayco motorhome sales reps or customer service

i am looking for contact information for Jayco personnel who know how these motor homes are really supposed to work. I have a jayco precept 31UL.
I have been out a few times and read all the manuals but I need someone Who can answer questions on how this motorhome is supposed to work overall.
An example is I want to watch a dvd movie on the main cabin TV. I was told that the Jensen radio would play a dvd movie for all 3 tvs. However the Jensen radio won't play any dvd. It just kicks them out. So was I given bad info or is this thing broken.

So if you have worked with someone or know of someone in Jayco I would greatly appreciate the contact information.

Hdhildy, make sure it is a "DVD" you are trying to play and not a BlueRay disc.

Do you have it on video dvd and the tv's on the proper input?

I had a problem with the Clarion Radio in my new 2013 Jayco Melbourne 29D from day one. After many called to Jayco, I was given Clarion's phone number (1-866-204-7034). No sure where they are located, but I talked to a technician named Brian and he walked me thru everything he could without any results. He send a new Clarion (updated radio) to Jayco in Middlebury, IN and they swapped out radios. Had great results and have had no problems since new installed Clarion.

After further investigation it appears the head unit is just not working properly. I am dropping it off next week for service. I will let you know what they find.
