Contacting Jayco by phone

Does anyone here have a phone # I could use to contact Jayco? I need to get a wiring schematic of my 2004 Greyhawk 27DS. I have tried to email jayco but haven't gotten a response yet. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Fill out that form requesting the schematics you would like or call the number at the bottom of the page. They will email you whatever schematics you want.

I have copies of all schematics, plumbing and the framing for every wall, roof and floor.

The numbers I have are (574) 825-5861 and (800) 283-8267. I suggest you have your VIN handy when you call having it will ease the process. The VIN I'm refering to is a Jayco VIN not the Vehilcle ID # from the manufacturer of the chasis. Also the email address I have is service@jayco.com

I started with the 800 number found in the "contact us" link on their web site. Was calling about a warranty issue and they routed me to the right person.

Where can one find the VIN # for the 'house', not the chassis, on my Redhawk MH?

I just emailed Jayco for a schematic and they replied back with,

"Due to your unit being under warranty we can not send you the wiring diagram to your unit this is proprietary information."

I need a schematic for the outdoor kitchen, I am sure they are all pretty much the same, anyone have one to share?
