Cup holder option?

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y16.../Cupholder.jpg

Anyone ever come up with a cup holder mod for this area of the Greyhawk bedroom? My wife needs a place to put her drink that's fairly convenient and so she can't knock it over.

Thanks,

Jason

Here's another idea for ya.
Make a shelf for the drawer maybe5-6" deep and the width + 1-2" and grove the bottom side to fit over the drawer sides so it won't slide off and maybe incorporate Stumpjumper's design into it.

The shelf I'm showing is actually a step for my dog when we turn down the table for her to sleep on. Tunce has a bad leg so noo jumping.

I bought a cushion/pillow that when you flipped it over it had 2 cup holders built in. We use it on the sofa and the cab over but you could also us it on the bed. I bought it t The Paper Store which used to be Hallmark Store here in New England.
