Curious noise or electrical motor under the coach.

We have a 2011 Greyhawk 31FK. When plugged into shore power, we hear a noise that sounds like a small electrical motor/fan running beneath the coach (sounds like its under the bathroom or maybe under the bed. It powers on and off periodically and I've tried to locate it a few times, but just wondering what it might be.

Its not loud like the water pump and its definitely underneath the bed or floor.

Anyone have an idea of what it might be?

converter fan probably...where your breakers and fuses are

If this is what it is you should try and locate it to familiarize yourself

Had the same problem with our Redhawk. Took it back the dealer and they said every thing was OK. I noticed the noise was reduced a little when we got it back. The converter isn't the best and uses the fan motor to cool it. Placing the converter under the bed is the last place it should be.

We had a Pace Arrow and never had any noise.

Thanks all! Definitely makes sense...

The times that I've heard it have been mainly at night and a bit inconvenient to check for it, but I'll see if it is the converter fan before I leave on the next trip.
