Welcome to the RV world. What problems are you having that you need Camping World? I bought mine from CW in one city, tried to get work done in another city and was told they give priority to the local customers. That’s not what the salesman said….”Any Camping World nationwide will take care of you.”
If it’s minor things you are better off doing it yourself. YouTube has videos on just about everything on your RV. Also lots of helpful advice on this forum.
You didn’t make a mistake….Camping World made the mistake by giving you poor service.

The issue that I am dealing with is with missing parts in my "new" RV. The back-up camera was not mounted; the license plate mount was broken, and the tv remote is missing. I finally got a call back from the service manager who gave me an actual ETA when the parts are due from Jayco.
I too have concerns about getting the work done at a Camping World dealership where I didn't purchase mine from. I bought it from a dealer about 80 miles from my home. I just might take it back to them so I don't have go through the hassle.

About a year ago we looked at a used Class C at Camping World. When it came time to sign the purchase agreement we noticed that they had a #1400.00 charge for a pre delivery inspection. When I questioned this I was told this was a standard charge for all units that they sold. For this reason only we did not make the purchase.........

If those " problems" are all that you are experiencing, go out and buy you some fancy champagne and enjoy it with a nice dinner. You will be way ahead of the game from suffering any anxiety disorders and downtime from using your rv. And for the near future as an rv owner, the first thing that I tell folks in a similar situation in the beginning is to begin to buy the essential tools and find you a book similar to books for just about every thing titled for newbies, Owning an RV for Dummies". [insert a grin and a tongue planted against my cheek] Seriously sometimes its all about getting your hands dirty, so to speak and begin to fix stuff thats not up to stuff yourself.
As far as Camping World, at least you got call back from someone interested in helping and a plan that is quicker than most folks that buy from them.

Jayhawk...What's your point??? If I pay good $$ for something, I expect good service. Is that asking for too much?

Have you read much on any rv forums or owned any relatively new rvs purchased from any chain rv outlets? If not, let me be the first to say that what you are experiencing, from your point of view as it relates to any and all customer service is standard operating procedure. But you should consider yourself a lucky person if what you describe as problems is all that you are coming up with after purchasing a new 2024 rv of any type.
Owning an rv is not like buying any automobile from a well known car dealership. Your experiences with anything dealing with warranty stuff and service in the near future is like nothing that you have ever experienced from automobile dealerships, if you are attempting to compare the two.
Like I said consider yourself lucky if you have nothing else to complain about after spending one single dime on your rv. Harsh reality indeed,,,Camping World or not,
The best customer service that I know of begins with me. Sort things out and fix when I can, at all possible. My time is too valuable and stress is not good .

Take your issues to the guy who bought Camping World and promised to make it better. Let us know what happens!

I hope things turn around for you. But CW has had a long history of having their customers post complaints online.
Although, come to think of it, they were much more prevalent a few years ago.
Good luck.
Plenty of people said they emailed Marcus directly.

Camping World sucks. They were great until signing on the dotted line. Two weeks after purchasing new this year I had an issue that put my RV dead in the water useless. They could get me in for a service appointment in 2 months! I ended up fixing it myself after much research. I just had it in for some minor warranty work 3 days ago. They didn't fix squat, they have to wait for "approval". Then I can bring it back and when they need to order parts I can wait again. $50 round trip each time. They are horrible to deal with in my opinion.

It's NOT too much to ask. Plain and simple: If you don't get what you paid for, you got screwed.
Our problem (what Jayhawk is describing), is that you can't enjoy RV sales and service until you become numb to their ways. It's not just CW.

I second Jayhawk's response. Before my purchase, I read forums, considered the issues that plagued the market; build quality and customer service after the sale. I questioned my own ability to fix things myself. I knew my strengths and imitations and LIVE on this forum trying to learn more, in order to KEEP having a positive customer outcome. There's a wealth of knowledge amongst the members here. They can and do help, a lot.
I made my decision to buy a Jayco based on the assumption that I'd be on my own after the sale. IF, when something came up and I did get some good response and service...well, I consider that extraordinary and not expected. When it was time to buy I read enough on many forums to know to stay away from Camping World. If you read enough, you'd know Camping World sucks you in with what looks like a 'best price' only to be hammered with fees at the time of signing.
I went to my local dealer, studied the numbers, did my best dealing and offers, hoped for the best and crossed my fingers when I signed that line. I took on the purchase knowing full well if/when things went sideways, I'd probably need to handle it myself or try to get it handled with 'hope and faith,' not 'expectation.' I knew outrage wouldn't get me anywhere. Basically, I knew what I was getting into when I decided to go forth with the purchase.
Is it right? No. But if you want a camper and you want to go camping, 'it is what it is' for the moment. Hopefully, one day things will be different. I do feel changes are coming.

Customer service and Camping World do not belong in the same sentence. As others have said, RVs are bad enough from any dealer, but CW is one of the worst. I would try to work directly with the manufacturer as much as possible and be ready for the headaches of owning an RV.

You may, after having owned your rig for awhile, and if dealing with CW, have a better perspective of their poor service and the need to be able to fix some of the minor things yourself.
It certainly is not asking too much, it is just not getting what you ask for with them. Do a search here of camping world and the various issues owners have.

We all feel your pain... We are very satisfied with our 2015 Seneca after we figured out all of our problems were with the dealership. Our only way to keep our sanity was to fully cut everything we had to do with them and find another place to get service.

Being that we both live in Kingman I am curious which CW you were dealing with. When I had my first problem I called the CW in Henderson...."Sorry we don't do warranty work". They have since closed the store.
I than called the second store in Las Vegas. First question was "Did you buy it here?" They would give me an appointment 3 months out. I fixed it (steps) myself.
I bought my trailer from CW in Mesa, AZ. Was told by the salesperson "Any Camping World in the Country will take care of you"....not exactly true.
Since new I have used YouTube and Amazon to fix a few issues that have popped up over the years. My trailer will be 8 years old this coming March, but it is in much better condition today than when I bought it in 2017.

Speaking of Camping World I saw this article this morning. Interesting comments after the story;
