Day Shade

I have a Day Shade that will not stay down..... is there a ways to find out why it will not stay in place..... I know there are adjustments but not for the shade to stay in place when pulled down.

Once I figure out the correct format....the screen is black behind the white shade.......so it probably will not show at all

Although I am blanking on the name of the company that supplies our shades, I had occassion to reach out to them when one of the mounting clips broke. They sent me extras and were very helpful both by email and by phone.
