I am pretty sure mine left the plant fine, then was driven like a rent car by the delivery guys 1014 miles to Texas, then Camping World didn't do anything but put it on the lot.

I mentioned this once before, we saw two units (TT) being delivered (non JAYCO) where all 4 wheels left the ground when the drivers hit a bump because they were going so fast.

I'm willing to bet those units were in better shape when they left the factory then when they arrived at the dealer. The same probably happens to some of the JAYCO units, unfortunately some dealers don't make the corrections before selling them.

I have to agree with the poor workmanship/QC. There were a ton of small things about my Greyhawk that someone should have corrected. Things like wires hanging down under the coach.

I found my dealer to be completely and utterly useless. I have been dealing directly with Jayco Customer service ever since. They call or write back in a timely fashion, and have shipped me any parts I've needed. So far a sound reduction adapter for the Jensen, a microwave dish, an inverter and an entire window assembly.

How to improve gas mileage?

We just purchased a used '04 Greyhawk with Ford V10 engine, and it gets only about 4gpm. Any suggestions as to how to improve the gpm? We only drive about 55-60 mph and mostly on freeways.

Just purchased a 2015 Greyhawk last Fall. Full of small issues and one big issue. One of the large windows was forced into place and bent the outside wall. Window needs to be removed and installed properly !!! I really think the workers just don't care !!!

I think most dealers try to do as little as possible.
