Our dealer in Monroe, WA has done a lot of fixit items on our list since we bought our Greyhawk 27DS last year, and not charged us a dime. They are great to work with.

I'm guessing that most dealers don't want to fix anything until after it's sold so they can get paid additional "Warranty" fees. Double dipping from the manufacturer as they also get paid for a PDI up front I think.

Ohhh please..all these remarks remind me of our first tt dutchmen kodiak..we had leaks, leaks and more leaks! Got out of that one into a cougar..decided this week to trade for the jayco precept 31UL.. I really hope we made the right choice..the bugs were out of our cougar..right now we have reservations for sunday and the furnace fan keeps running..so its going to camping world first thing in the morning..we cant have that running all the time!

I hope you all have better luck than I have had with my 2014 Greyhawk, it has been a huge disappointment.

You were probably charged a PDI (pre delivery inspection) looks like they did not do this.. I would be talking to the owner of the company...
