I have a 2017 Seneca and things get hot behind the dash. If i'm running my engine air things stay cool but i still have problems. One of the things that happens is my DIC fades out after a while to the point of not being able to read it. Of course Freightliner couldn't reproduce the problem so it didn't get fixed. The other is my Pioneer radio. I know I should pitch it but haven't yet. If I play a CD I maybe get a song and a half before it stops and the cd is very hot when I take it out. Any thoughts?

Thanks
2017 RB

Most likely cause is either a defective unit or most likely the unit is miss-wired. Have someone who is well trained take it out and re-install it.
