When you run your slide out, does it cause your MH to tilt slightly down on the slide side? If so, make your pads level from side to side. When you park your MH on them and run your slide out, the slide side will be slightly down.
We do that with our TT: The trailer is level from side to side until we run the slide out. That way rain on the top of the slide runs to the outside and not up against the slide seal.
Like tunce_the_traveler, we have our TT slightly nose high but, of course, that is set with the tongue jack.
