e450 sucking vacuum at gas cap. IS THIS NORMAL?

Hi everyone,

We are new here but have been fulltimers about 10 yrs ago. We recently bought a 2008 Jayco Melbourne 29D and just love it. I noticed that it has a sucking sound every minute or so at the gas cap and when you take it off it whoooshes air into the tank. It is definately vacuum because I put my nose by the cap and when I release it there is no breeze and no odor. Any input would be appreciated.

Don't have that issue with our 29D. Only problem we have is fueling. Takes forever shutting off with back pressure. Have checked all lines. Found nothing.
