Electric brake plug on a 2016 Greyhawk

We just got a 2016 Greyhawk mv. I have been trying to locate the electric brake plug for the electric brake controller. I have spoken with Jayco, Ford, and Camping World. I searched under the dash, behind the coin holder and between the "igloo" and the radio display. the only plug I have been able to find is a burgundy 4 prong that doesn't seem to show the right configuration to match the brake controller wiring polarity that Ford told me should work. I checked power with a tester. what I found on the plug in the dash was 1constant on, 1ground 1 pole that lights dimly and one that pulsates! I can wire in a quick disconnect if I have the right set of wires. Techonksha doesn't seem to have a connector for the 2016 E450. I have run out of options. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Can you find vehicle wiring schematics either on the inter web or at your ford dealer? You may not have a brake control connector. But you should still be able to wire it up using instructions from Tecumseh for manual wiring.

Brake Controller connection

The connector is a four pin flat connector. It used to be square but it is now flat. Check this out: https://www.etrailer.com/question-85058.html

I had trouble finding it too on my 2016 31FS. I *finally* found it behind the upper coin holder in the dash. It's not 4 pin but a multi-pin connector.

It's long enough to drop down to a lower place under the dash if you want to add a controller like I did.

just ordered the 3034p thanks

Jay, just ordered the techonksha 3034p from Amazon. Hope it works out. It appears to fit the in cab harness plug. All of the reviews say it will work with Ford E450! Here's hoping! Thanks again for the lead.

Yeah, the factory pre-wiring sometimes drives ya nuts!

SWMBO's 2009 Tacoma came with a pigtail in the glove box and the connector near the parking brake.

My 2003 F350 was just 4 wires tucked way above the gas pedal. Used a telephone wire tracer to find the damned thing!

You will eventually find it.
