Electric question???

Put about 2500 miles on my '19 Redhawk last month, the power step stopped retracting so had to disconnect it, the awning stopped retracting, after wrangling with it for some time managed to get it in. Went out to get it ready for the next trip and find the ceiling lights are very very dim throughout the coach.
All these issues have me wondering if I have an electrical issue causing all these problems, or if they all all isolated incidents.
The generator works fine started right up but didn't change anything. All fuses and circuit breakers look good. I read a great deal about bad LED lights.
Going back to the dealer next week but any information anyone could share would be helpful. Not being negative but I don't feel good about taking it to the dealer, I feel the run-around is on the way.
Happy trails!

Possible bad ground. Hook some jumper cables up between the house battery negative and the frame. See if your problems go away

That's what it was. Got under the rig today and saw a ground wire fastener sheared off the frame, the bundle of wires was just flopping in the breeze. Made the quick fix and everything powered up.
My question is why did I have any lights with no ground at all?
Thanks for your insight on this, greatly appreciated.

If they are LEDs, they take such low voltage to operate, even phantom voltages could make them glow a little.
