Electric stairs.

Came back from trip one month ago. Cleaned RV, stairs worked fine. Went each week to startup and check. Worked fine. Went yesterday could not get them to come down. Any suggestions as where to start to trouble shoot problem? We have a 2015 29ME. I love this RV but things keep happening. Hate dealership. Aaaah the rv life!

I try to start with simple things first, check fuse, is there voltage present to motor, then check the door sensor etc. I know on mine if step light is not on there is no power or light is burned out. Sometimes I have had the door sensor get out of adjustment causing a no stair deployment. Once I had wires under stair some how get caught on something like a tree branch on the ground in campground pulled connection apart.

Had the same problem, discovered the coach battery dead. After recharge steps worked fine.
