Electric step problem

Hi all, especially anyone with a 2012 Jayco Melbourne, My electric step quit working and I suspect a fuse but can't find the fuse and no reference to it in the manual except to say it is near the emergency start button. Anyone know the location of this fuse? Thanks, Tapley

I have the redhawk 2017 and don't know but steps may be the same. There is a fuse in amongst the wiring under steps near motor and I think it may be step motor but not certain. Its wrapped with tape and could easily be missed.

Problem solved! The door mounted half of the magnetic switch got knocked off and I had seeing it lying in the footwell but did not recognize it as being important, therefore checked all the fuses and connections. Finally in frustration I remembered the strangely shaped piece of plastic I had found and then discovered another on the door jamb...touched the one I was holding to the door jamb switch and the step worked...! Problem solved :-)
Lesson learned, never throw odd shaped pieces of plastic away.
