Electrical Items in a Drawer

I found 2 battery cables and 3 Ford wiring harnesses in a drawer in my new Entegra Odyssey 24B. It already has two chassis batteries so I don't know what the extra cables would be for. And no clue what the 3 wiring harnesses with Ford labels on them would be for. Any ideas?

Do a google search of the Ford Part numbers and see what it turns up.

Yeah, I tried a google search and didn't get anything on the harnesses. Part numbers were:
LC24-14K011
LC24-14A411
LC24-14C210

Not exactly the same pigtails, but I think they're part of this:

https://www.amazon.com/Trailer-Harne.../dp/B01NGZVJD7

They may be leftover pieces from another kit, and the extras were just left in a drawer.

Yeah, that kind of fits together. There was an opened plastic bag in the drawer also. They might have opened it, took the harness they needed, and put the other 3 in a drawer. Thanks!

2016 - "we made need this someday. I'm going to keep it. "
2020 - "what the hell is this? "

I'm starting to label extra hardware. Took me damn near 60 years to learn that lesson.

If you keep anything in a drawer it should be a marking pen!

Amen - I've now got a little label maker that gets a workout when any new doohickey arrives.

The Wall Wart is usually the first to get labeled, so I can avoid the "what the ^%$ does this thing go to?"

Don’t believe them are Ford Part numbers, look like aftermarket parts as stated above.

Possible Brake controller pigtails for Brake controller if you add, Red and Black may be spare between Battery jumpers

I found the exact same pigtails in my new 2022 Redhawk 24B, and also cannot find exactly what these Ford part numbers are for. I suspect Giaburt is correct regarding them being brake controller pigtails, and will find out when I get around to installing one!

Found one of the exact pigtails (the 14C210) pictured as a Teconsha brake controller pigtail on eTrailer, so brake controller pigtails appear accurate.

I threw out the wires and have not missed them. I was sure they were left after Jayco modified under dash wiring. The battery cables were used when I installed second battery under step. Safe travels

Enjoy the journey

One of the pigtails is for a brake controller. The mating plug is behind to be coin tray on the dash. You will need it if you ever want to pull a trailer or tow dolly with electric brakes. The two battery cables are nice to have if you want to add another battery to your battery bank. They are good to keep on hand.
