Electrical problems - no 30A power from shore or generator. Help

Woke up this morning at campground with no 30A 120V power on our 2018 Greyhawk 31FS. 12V power (lights) are working. Reset main breaker under bed and nothing. Went to power pedestal and EMS is reading 120V and E0 (no issues). I flipped that breaker off and on anyway but nothing. Also tried removing EMS and plugging direct to pedestal but that didn’t work. Not sure what to try next. Any help is appreciated.

the main power control panel by door says service none although main power disconnect switch is lit up.

Tried 50A plug on pedestal with dog one and no service. Ran generator and no service. Something is preventing any 120V power to RV. I’m not an electrical person so I’m lost here.

Could be your transfer switch. When you ran the geny did you check the breaker on the front of it? Could be a bad main breaker in your rig.

Yep it’s the transfer switch. Opened up the box and found a fried connection. Ugh

Just FYI, you could bypass the transfer switch and use only shore power for now until you can obtain a new transfer switch. If the transfer switch is bad, if just the connections are bad you could possibly clean them up and reattach them. I would suggest using wire nuts (caps) if you choose to bypass the transfer switch. ~CA

That's exactly what happened to us. 'Cept I smelled the burning first. Those connections work their way loose. I did a couple of things:
- switched to Wago's
- added a dedicated smoke detector to the Rats Nest of Wiring
- put a reminder down to check it yearly
