Entry stair problem

2012 jayco greyhawk 31fk... The entry door steps and keypad door lock quit operating at the same time. I found the breaker panel at the end of the bed but I think these are for 110v circuits. I assume this is a fuse issue, but I have no idea where the 12v fuses for these two items are located. Any ideas?

The steps and door run off the engine battery under the hood. Make sure it is fully charged up. If the charge is good i would maybe look under the hood for a breaker or fuse.

Thanks. Battery is good. Will check under the hood.

My steps were intermittent and checked under the hood and found the cable connections on the solenoid were loose.
