Equalizer Systems Issue

Had issue with my jacks being stuck partially down. Was able to get them back up after some different things tried.
Randy from Equalizer Systems did some trouble shooting and fugured I had a bad solenoid. Sent me a part to the RV park I had a reservation at in Waco, Texas.

Jim from Affordable RV Repair @ (254)652-4461. He is mobile and is in Waco, Texas.

Jim came to my site and was able to quickly install the new solenoid. He said the nuts worked loose on the post and caused arcing to almost burn through the post. Upon installation of the new solenoid he had to retighten the nuts as they came loose when he placed the solenoid on the jack’s motor. He recommends checking them periodically.

1. check your solenoid for the nuts working loose
2. If in Waco and need a mobile service call Jim! Nice and honest guy!

Attached are a couple pictures. This solenoid is located in front of the left rear tire on the inside of the rail. It attaches to the motor with the post pointing up.

Good info. So it's one solenoid controlling all the valves?

That solenoid receives the signal from the control panel inside the rv. The solenoid then activates the motor that control all four jacks. That how I understood the explanation. Mine works great now with the new solenoid installed.
