Exhaust tip

I’m wanting to put a chrome exhaust tip on my Melbourne 24L (Sprinter chassis). Are the exhaust pipe OD size unique to Sprinter or Jayco? Couldn’t find one that fits at our local Autozone. I believe the OD size is close to 2 3/4 inch. Is Amazon the best place to order one? Is it the right size I’m looking at?

You can expect at least another 5 MPG after installation!

Just measure your exhaust and buy whatever tip you like...

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I wasn’t thinking of the ROI. LOL

It's odd that there are so many grumpy old men with violent fantasies in the world. You want the extension to fit as closely as you reasonablycan. If nothing off the shelf is close enough buy the next size down and any shop or garage that does exhaust work will have an expander. It's a simple tool, you insert it into the extension and tighten the bolt. Poof! The extension is stretched to fit. If you're handy with some tools you could notch the extension a couple of inches, bent the corners out a little and tap it on. Either way you'll need to put an exhaust pipe clamp on it. By the by, what is ROI short for?

Best regards!
