Thumbs down Exploring Frame Problem

We have a Melbourne 28 that has a large bump in the floor about 2/3 of the way back in the coach. We have been told by Jayco that it is a problem with the quality of the metal MorRide (?) used when extending the frame and that they have to fix it before Jayco can repair the cabinet damage the buckling caused. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you deal with it?

Ai have the same problem. There is a significant bump below the refrigerator that has cracked the cabinet above the floor. I have seen write ups on it in other venues.
