Faulkner Awning Arm Replacement Suggestions

Our 97 Jayco Eagle has Faulkner Awning hardware. One of the arms is damaged and isn't functional. I haven't had any luck locating a Faulkner replacement arm assembly. Would I need to replace the entire assembly with another brand? Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

I'll be watching this thread as I also have a 1997 Eagle with a bad awning. Not Faulkner, though. That other common brand I forget name. Starts with an S.
