Not sure if I understand. You do mean an Amazon Fire stick? If so, that works over the air with WiFi, no cable connection required.

Make sure that your tv is set to auto discover - cable, not air(ota) when you do the channel discovery. Make sure amplifier is off.
Is the air(ota) antenna finding channels(could be the coax is not connected to the tv

Ours may be different, we have a 5th wheel, 2021 model. To watch cable you have to physically change the TV connection from over the air like you are doing now, and reconnect the coax to the cable/satellite input, and also turn off the booster. This connection should be near the TV in a cabinet and not on the TV. Ours is on the cabinet above the tv

Thanks. I think my problem is this tv does not auto discover nothing! Will probably replace with one that does. Thank you for responding.

Haven't heard of any tv's less than 10 years old, that do not have auto channel
option. Go to the tv menu, pick setup, then channels, it will give you the option of antenna or cable, then do auto channel, easy enough...

1. Go to http://www.insigniaproducts.com
2. Use the search bar to find your TV. The likely options are:
a. 43" NS-43DF710NA21
b. 50" NS-50DF710NA21
c. 55" NA-55DF710NA21
3. Select Support & Downloads
4. Next to User Guide, select the language you want

This might help you find the channel scan if that's what you're looking for, just make sure you have the right input selected before you scan. I have a couple Fire TV's getting OTA channels using the antenna, haven't tried the cable hookup yet.

My home internet is a whopping 3 mbps it took longer for the TV's to update than to find channels. Our town is just starting to get fiber, I'm on the list.
Update:
And I'm paying almost $90 per month for this junk! If they don't get the fiber hooked up soon I'm getting a hotspot.

Assuming nothings wrong with the TV.
My first Insignia FireTV was busted.
To the OP, I had >>SUPERB<< customer service by calling Insignia customer support. They're out of Mexico, same time zone as me and we got things squared away immediately.
Don't hesitate to give Insignia a shot too.

Thank you to everyone for the answers! I found it now and it works! Can anybody tell me how to get the tv to come out of the 4 speakers in my motor home?? Radio does but salesman said tv did also. Has a switch to use outside or inside speakers but it is just radio. Help again. Book says nothing about it.

Aux or one of those modes on the radio
Try it
Be sure the aux video and sound are plugged into your tv or it won't work, assuming you put it in the same as the factory tv was set up

to get sound from Your TV through your speakers you should have an HDMI cable going from the Stereo to an input on your TV. In our case, it is connected to the HDMI/ARC input on our "dumb" Insignia. You then select that input on your TV and turn stereo on. We have 3 speaker selector switches, one being for the TV speakers, one for the indoor speakers and one for the outside speakers. To make matters worse, we had a bad HDMI input on the 50' Dumb TV. It took us 2 days to figure out. Dealer swapped the JBL Stereo head unit from another Pinnacle with no results. He then replaced the HDMI cable, still no go. We still could not believe that it was the TV, but swapped it as well and that fixed it.

Radio works because the speakers are connected to the stereo, and I presume you have speaker selector switches to turn on/off whatever you desire meaning indoors/outdoor speakers. Read my other post on the TV and Stereo above
