Check this out. It appears you're having many of the same issues I had and it takes forever to get Jayco to aid in the repairs. We had everything from loose screws to slides not working properly. After your maiden voyage, keep a detailed list and bring it with the MH to the dealer after calling Jayco Motorized and giving them an update of the issues. We did that even though as you had said the original dealer didn't fix noted discrepancies like they said they would. A year later we finally had ours serviced through CW and they handled Jaycos warranty folks. I feel your pain. Since then we've added 4 corner Air ride, front sway bar, steering stabilizer, TPMS, alignment, fixed the helper spring issue, and valve stem extensions all at our own expense. Ive said before that the manufacturers should have some type of QC but alas that is not to be with this level of MH. It unfortunately is what it is. Keep a detailed list, include photos and date/time reference to support your claims and have the repair shop send those forward to jayco as support. Good luck, hope this helps.
