Flat towing a 2011 kia soul manual xmission

Hello my name is Bert and would like to know if anyone has flat towed a 2011 kia soul with manual transmission and what procedure need to be done, fuse bypass or ? I own a greyhawk 31FK 2015. Thanks a lot . Bert

Hi Bert. First off, have you checked the owners manual under recreational Vehicle towing? It should tell you what fuses (if any) you have to pull or what gear to set in to pull. Hoped this helped a little.

I have a 2016 Kia Soul. It is a manual and I flat tow it all the time. The keys will need to be in the ACC position but that isn't a problem because part of the tow package that you have installed in the car will charge the battery while you are rolling down the road. It is a great car to tow and I rarely feel it behind my 2015 Greyhawk

berto14, in addition to my Jeep I have a 2012 Kia Soul that I tow. ACC switch on to unlock steering, extra key so I can key lock the doors - electric lock doesn't work with key in ACC position. Noticeably lighter than the Jeep when towing.
