As an owner it will not pay off as an investment, unless you keep the RV for many many years. By trade-in the RV dealer might strike up some extra but not the original owner.
RV-dealers go by the "Market-Value" what an average price is from a particular RV model, it is a matter of negotiation between parties. An RV dealer is a business (un-emotional) a customer might see emotional value. It is just a matter where is the breaking point in the deal. So don't think your Armor-roof will pay any benefits to you in the short run or with trade-in.
Butyl-tape in the proper places is much cheaper. My roof is 15 years old an in good shape. Just do the math. A business will sell you anything, because they know there are enough fools who buy. I do not say that their product is not good, but the hidden lies in advertising sells!

Looks great.
I have been debating whether to get it done. I have a 2013 Greyhawk, no issues with current roof, but probably keeping the RV for a few more years. I live in Canada and no installers up here so need to travel to US and right now its a no go.
Good to hear from people on here on how well they like it.

Your quote is my incentive to get it done if we keep ours another year!

If you have ever had a rig you love and then find a roof leak, well, need I say more?

The price of FlexArmor may be less than a roof repair!

Well now the wife is retiring in a month and actually on our way back from walking our new home in Montana. All the time available to make a trip and we are discussing this as a possibility in the near future if we plan a trip their way. But also now the rig and toys are going to get their own large building to park in.
