As an owner it will not pay off as an investment, unless you keep the RV for many many years. By trade-in the RV dealer might strike up some extra but not the original owner.
RV-dealers go by the "Market-Value" what an average price is from a particular RV model, it is a matter of negotiation between parties. An RV dealer is a business (un-emotional) a customer might see emotional value. It is just a matter where is the breaking point in the deal. So don't think your Armor-roof will pay any benefits to you in the short run or with trade-in.
Butyl-tape in the proper places is much cheaper. My roof is 15 years old an in good shape. Just do the math. A business will sell you anything, because they know there are enough fools who buy. I do not say that their product is not good, but the hidden lies in advertising sells!
